**Job Title:** Product Owner **Role Summary:** Data Product Owner to bridge users, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of reliable, AI-driven data solutions. Focus on data democratization, lifecycle management, and innovation in AI-enhanced features. **Expectations:** - Own end-to-end analytics program (UI, techno-legal aspects, customer perception). - Translate business needs into data-driven requirements and actionable solutions. - Balance solution cost/benefit with business goals. - Collaborate with data experts to implement scalable, user-focused products. - Oversee data product lifecycles for accuracy and relevance. - Lead AI feature development to enhance user efficiency through automation and intelligent tools. - Define KPIs, prioritize backlogs, and validate product roadmaps. - Create user stories with clear problem statements and acceptance criteria. - Foster stakeholder communication and transparency on requirements and progress. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives). **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage analytics program including UI, legal compliance, and user perception. - Align business goals with data product development. - Implement scalable data solutions with cross-functional teams. - Promote data accessibility via documentation, training, and marketing. - Lifecycle oversight of data products to ensure relevance. - Innovate AI-driven features (e.g., automation, intelligent assistance). - Define and track KPIs for product releases. - Prioritize technical backlogs to align with roadmap goals. - Maintain Agile processes and stakeholder alignment. **Required Skills:** - Data analysis: Proficiency in SQL/Python; BI tool experience. - Data management: Hands-on expertise in data cataloging, modeling, quality assessments, and source-to-target analysis. - Agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps). - Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integration. - Translation of business needs into technical requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 3 years in a Data Product Owner/Business Analyst/Data Analyst role. - CAD software experience preferred or demonstrated adaptability to technical environments. - No formal certifications specified; Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) may be advantageous.
