**Job Title** Partner Marketing **Role Summary** Lead cross‑functional partner marketing initiatives to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction. Collaborate with product, sales, account management, creative, finance, and data teams to design, launch, and optimize co‑marketing programs and campaigns across the full product lifecycle. **Expactations** - Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. - Manage multiple partner accounts while delivering results on time. - Influence product strategy and launch readiness through marketing insights. - Create compelling partner narratives that translate into revenue. **Key Responsibilities** - Design & execute co‑marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships and generate revenue. - Plan, launch, and continually optimize joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners. - Develop partner toolkits (playbooks, training materials, product updates) to drive adoption. - Coordinate with creative teams to produce high‑quality assets (pitch decks, playbooks, ads, whitepapers, videos). - Work with data teams to define KPIs, implement tracking, analyze performance, and iterate campaigns. - Document successful experiments into repeatable, high‑impact playbooks. - Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure long‑term collaboration and success. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in product or partner marketing. - Deep knowledge of the enterprise deal cycle and consumer‑scale marketing programs. - Strong storytelling, pitching, and content creation abilities. - Experience translating ambiguous ideas into persuasive, revenue‑driving content. - Proficiency in collaborating with creative teams and producing marketing briefs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑growth tech organization. - Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing speed, creativity, and decision‑making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - (Optional) Relevant certifications in digital marketing, product marketing, or partnership management.
