Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance. 8. Manage change management activities to ensure user adoption. **Required Skills** - Proven experience (≥10 years) in ERP/IT project management, with focus on Sage X3 implementations. - Strong understanding of Sage X3 architecture, modules, and database structure. - Project management methodology knowledge (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex, cross‑functional tasks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (minimum Bac +2, preferred Bac +5). - Relevant certifications in ERP project management or Sage X3 (e.g., Sage X3 Certification, PMP, Prince2) are an advantage. ---
