**Job title:**
Operations Security Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of mid‑ to long‑term operations security solutions across the product family. Lead cross‑functional squads, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure the successful integration of identity, access, network, and cloud security technologies into the broader enterprise platform.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable security value and ROI through product strategy and lifecycle management.
- Bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance goals.
- Manage product budgets, resources, and prioritization in an agile environment.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, producing data‑driven decision papers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute strategy for identity & access mgmt (Active Directory, SSO, MFA, EntraID, IGA, RBAC, PAM, Conditional Access) and network/cloud security (firewalls, SSE, advanced cloud firewalls).
- Translate global product demands into prioritized backlog items; own EPIC definition, analysis, and prioritization.
- Coordinate product squads, allocate resources, and facilitate collaboration with proximity teams and vision owners.
- Drive product lifecycle – from framing and EPIC/feature definition to vendor engagement, demos, and rollout.
- Manage product roadmap, forecast squad needs, and track ROI and cost variances.
- Conduct risk assessments, design remediation plans, and oversee implementation across a complex enterprise environment.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years managing operations security technologies (CISCO, Fortinet, Zscaler, Azure network services, WAF, Microsoft Identity, IAM frameworks).
- Strong IT security risk assessment and remediation experience.
- Expertise in security operations service delivery and agile practices.
- Leadership of cross‑functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination.
- Ability to develop strategy and business case documents with clear value metrics.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum 4‑year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- Professional certifications in security technologies (e.g., CISCO, Fortinet, Zscaler, Microsoft Azure Security, or equivalent) are a key asset.
