Job Description
Job Title: Data & Media Analyst Consultant Role Summary Act as the strategic data partner for client marketing teams, translating platform insights into actionable media mix optimization and ROI improvement. Deliver training, account growth, and continuous product feedback while ensuring data integrity across all digital channels. Expectations - Build strong, consultative relationships with marketing, media, and executive stakeholders. - Translate complex attribution data into clear business recommendations. - Drive client adoption and satisfaction to secure long‑term partnerships. - Maintain high data quality and propose enrichment and technical enhancements. Key Responsibilities - **Client Relationship & Strategy** - Serve as primary advisor for Marketing Departments. - Conduct needs analysis, develop tailored attribution insights, and track ongoing performance. - Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, ensuring client retention. - **Media Analysis & Optimization** - Audit performance across SEA, Paid Social, Display, Affiliation, and other channels. - Design and deliver custom dashboards and regular performance reports. - Recommend budget reallocations based on real‑time data. - **Data Quality & Tracking** - Perform technical audits of campaign and web tracking. - Monitor data consistency, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. - Integrate and enrich datasets to increase granularity. - **Product & Innovation** - Provide field insights to Product team, influencing roadmap. - Test beta features, deliver usability feedback, and suggest UX/UI optimizations. Required Skills - Proven experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first‑job) in Paid Media management or consulting. - Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels (SEA, Paid Social, Affiliation, Display, etc.). - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and actionable insight generation. - Excellent written and verbal communication; capability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences. - Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken). - Demonstrated agility in handling technical, operational, media, and commercial aspects simultaneously. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. - Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business) or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are advantageous.
