**Job Title:** Administrative and HR Assistant **Role Summary:** Supports HR Manager in recruitment, personnel administration, and training management, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with HR processes. **Expactations:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative/support role within HR. - Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. - Proficiency in written communication and multitasking in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage recruitment for operational roles (advertising, contracts, probation tracking, offboarding). - Coordinate training programs: consolidate needs, schedule sessions, issue notifications, and maintain training records. - Optimize training processes via reporting and liaison with external training providers (e.g., Le Point Jaune). - Assist in HR procedure development, update dashboards, and track key metrics. - Contribute to HR projects, aligning with operational management and external partners (e.g., AKTO, CFA). **Required Skills:** - Recruiting and onboarding practices. - Training management and administrative documentation. - HR reporting/dashboards and project coordination. - Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management. - Organizational precision with attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent. - HR software proficiency or willingness to learn. - Certifications in training management or HR systems preferred (not mandatory).
