Job Description
Job Title: Cyber Security Architect Role Summary: Design, embed, and oversee security across the entire product lifecycle for hybrid and on‑prem maritime surveillance systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001/NIST frameworks and delivering robust, secure solutions to global customers. Expactations: - Deliver security architecture plans within project timelines. - Communicate security risks clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Lead continuous improvement of security practices and standards. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging threats and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and integrate security requirements into system design and development. - Advise on threat exposures for hybrid and on‑prem environments. - Coach support and delivery teams on secure operational procedures. - Validate deployed systems for compliance and risk mitigation. - Support incident response for security events related to products. - Develop and execute a roadmap to ISO 27001 (or equivalent) certification for the development organization. - Create and maintain certification documentation. - Evaluate and select security vendors and tools. Required Skills: - Proven experience in security architecture or engineering for Defence, Critical Infrastructure, or National Security sectors. - Deep knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST, IAM, container & API security, network segmentation, encryption, and DevSecOps toolchains. - Ability to explain complex vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management. - Proactive, tenacious, and pragmatic approach to security implementation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or related field. - Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISSP, or equivalent.

Job Description
System Monitoring & Observability Engineer (Prometheus / Grafana) **Role Summary** Implements system monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana to enhance visibility and reliability of distributed marine surveillance systems. **Expectations** Deliver end-user-focused monitoring dashboards and optimize observability infrastructure for global clients with variable network capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, configure, and maintain Prometheus-based monitoring and metrics collection solutions. - Develop and manage metric exporters for application/system-level data. - Optimize Prometheus scraping configurations, alert rules, and retention policies. - Create Grafana dashboards for real-time operational insights and end-user self-service visibility. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build tailored visualizations. - Monitor infrastructure performance (servers, containers, databases) and identify bottlenecks. - Support alert triage, incident response, and postmortem analysis. **Required Skills** - Proven experience with Prometheus (PromQL), Grafana, and metrics collection. - Proficiency in Linux system administration. - Experience writing/optimizing alerts and dashboards with PromQL and Grafana. - Familiarity with exporters (node_exporter, blackbox_exporter). - Knowledge of Alertmanager configuration and routing. - Strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills. - Container (Docker) experience and scripting (Bash/Python/Go). **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
