Job Description: **Job Title:** Odoo Business Analyst / Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects by combining business analysis and project management to deliver scalable digital solutions for clients across industries. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, consultants, and developers to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. **Expectations** - Proven experience or certification in Odoo ERP (mandatory). - 1–5 years in ERP project management, consulting, or digital transformation. - Proficiency in managing complex projects from scoping to deployment. - Bilingual English + French/Dutch required for client and team communication. - Valid work permit for Belgium. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and deliver Odoo implementation projects from initiation to go-live. - Analyze client processes, challenges, and objectives to define functional requirements. - Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR) independently. - Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional team activities. - Support testing, training, and change management for seamless client adoption. - Advise clients on process improvements and Odoo best practices. **Required Skills** - Expertise in Odoo ERP (modules: CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR). - Project management (budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation). - Business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping). - Intercultural communication and client relationship management. - Leadership to guide teams and align stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (desirable). - Odoo certification or demonstrable equivalent project experience (mandatory).
