Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Drive new commercial growth by prospecting, qualifying, and generating high‑quality leads for SaaS solutions. Build relationships with decision‑makers, translate marketing‑generated leads into sales opportunities, and support the sales pipeline through creative outreach and effective discovery conversations. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead qualification and pipeline targets. - Consistently apply a proactive, resilient, and results‑driven approach. - Communicate professionally in both French and English; additional languages are a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and qualify new prospects using cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and other innovative prospecting methods. - Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and establish relationships with key stakeholders. - Qualify inbound marketing leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities. - Present and position SaaS solutions, tailoring value propositions to prospect requirements. - Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality. **Required Skills:** - Strong prospecting and lead generation expertise, preferably with SaaS B2B products. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. - Ability to engage decision‑makers and manage discovery conversations. - Proficiency with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms, CRM). - Creative problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and persistence. - Team player with a collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or related field; commerce school background preferred. - No specific certifications required; relevant sales or SaaS training is advantageous.
