**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end hiring for technology and commercial positions in a fast‑growing SaaS/fintech company. Responsibilities include crafting sourcing strategies, managing the candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers on selection frameworks, overseeing onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR operations, and driving data‑backed hiring improvements. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality hires rapidly, ensuring precision and speed. * Operate with minimal agency involvement, using creative and data‑driven sourcing. * Manage international recruitment across diverse markets and time zones. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop clear competency models and structured interview processes. * Engage proactively with stakeholders to align hiring plans and communicate progress. * Continuously analyze hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiencies. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct full‑cycle recruitment from brief to offer for tech and commercial roles. - Design and execute sourcing campaigns using direct outreach, social platforms, and referrals. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview guides. - Own the candidate journey, ensuring a transparent, engaging, and brand‑aligned experience. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, reinforcing organizational values. - Support employer‑branding initiatives that attract mission‑driven talent. - Maintain HR systems, documentation, and compliance records. - Leverage data and feedback to benchmark hiring performance and recommend process improvements. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership and team stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in agency or scaling SaaS/VC environments. - Proven track record hiring across technical and commercial domains. - Strong sourcing expertise, creative problem‑solving, and data‑savvy decision making. - International hiring experience, adept at navigating multiple markets and cultures. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous contexts and deliver results under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). - Recruitment or HR certifications (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
