Job Description
**Job Title** System and Network Administrator (M/F) **Role Summary** Maintain and optimize a mixed Windows/Linux IT infrastructure (~300 machines). Provide user support, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of systems, including servers, workstations, and related services. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations. - Actively propose enhancements to the infrastructure. - Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, service orientation, curiosity, and proactivity. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure operational continuity of Windows and Linux servers and workstations. - Provide user support and incident resolution. - Install, configure, and maintain new resources for R&D, production, and other environments. - Manage ancillary infrastructures (telephony, videoconferencing, printers). - Oversee contracts, licenses, and vendor relationships. - Monitor and improve security posture, including cyber‑security awareness. **Required Skills** - **Microsoft:** Windows Server, Windows 11, M365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PowerShell. - **Linux:** Ubuntu, Red Hat. - **Networking & Security:** LAN/WAN/VLAN, VPN, firewall, EDR. - **Storage:** SAN/NAS. - **Virtualization:** VMware vSphere. - **Backup:** Veeam. - **Soft Skills:** Problem‑solving, communication, initiative, adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in IT with focus on infrastructure. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional, Linux Professional Institute) are a plus.
