Job title: Junior Operation Associate – Internship
Role Summary:
Support the Operations Department in France by managing internal projects, optimizing sales tools and processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with technical, SEO, finance, and sales teams to implement projects that enhance commercial performance and support growth initiatives.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality project deliverables within set deadlines while handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Provide accurate analytics, reports, and recommendations to senior managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, initiative, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, plan, and manage internal Operations projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize and develop technical tools and tracking systems for the sales portfolio (prize calculation, sales scheduling, external provider invoicing, volume estimation, recruitment needs, performance tracking files).
- Continuously improve existing processes: delivery of onboarding and refresher training, monthly and semi‑annual reporting, recruitment planning, and performance data management.
- Produce internal audits and performance summaries for various business units.
- Advise and supervise sales managers, monitor commercial performance across units, and recommend development actions.
- Initiate and support innovative projects that contribute to business development and company growth.
Required Skills:
- Advanced competency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL, VBA, or Power BI knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate quantitative findings into clear written explanations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French language proficiency preferred.
- Project management aptitude, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, solution‑oriented, with a high level of personal accountability.
- Ability to work autonomously, react swiftly to shifting priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Current student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized higher‑education institution (e.g., business school, engineering school, Sciences Po Paris, or equivalent).
- Eligible for a 6‑month internship.
