Job Description
Job Title Assistant E‑Commerce Content Producer (Apprenticeship) Role Summary Support the E‑Commerce Content Production Manager in conceptualising and delivering high‑quality digital content for online retail platforms. Manage tasks throughout the production cycle—from brief analysis and project planning to photoshoot coordination and final asset archiving—while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and deadlines. Expatcations - Deliver high‑quality visual content that aligns with brand identity. - Maintain strict project timelines and deliverable schedules. - Communicate effectively across creative, photography, and production teams. - Demonstrate initiative and proactive problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities *Pre‑Production* - Attend briefings; analyse requirements and project specifications. - Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. - Conduct iconographic research and trend scouting. - Source and coordinate talent (photographers, models, creative crews). *Production* - Organise and support photoshoot logistics. - Ensure adherence to creative briefs, brand guidelines, and timelines during shoots. *Post‑Production* - Track deliverables and execute quality checks on all content. - Coordinate retouching requests and communicate with external vendors. - Organise, share, and archive digital assets for future use. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and knowledge of fashion/photographic imagery. - Excellent written and spoken French; good command of English. - Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Required Education & Certifications - Current student in business, fashion, or communication program. - First internship or apprenticeship experience in communication, production, or media (preferably e‑commerce). - No additional certifications required.
