**Job Title**
ServiceNow Project Manager / Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementation and innovation projects. Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects involving workshops, specifications, development, integration, and support while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
**Expectations**
- Graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Bac+5).
- Proven experience (≥3 years) managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong command of ServiceNow modules (CSM, HR, ITSM, ITBM, Workplace, FSM, etc.).
- Familiarity with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, REST APIs.
- Self‑directed, analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and relationship builder with technical and business teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own project lifecycle: planning, workshops, specifications, development, integration, release, and post‑deployment support.
- Facilitate client workshops and produce functional and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate development teams, manage task assignments, and monitor quality (unit, regression, user acceptance tests).
- Create and present demos, proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs), and prototypes.
- Lead change management activities and user adoption initiatives.
- Drive innovation projects (chatbots, AI, custom apps) on the ServiceNow platform.
**Required Skills**
- Project management (scrum/agile and waterfall).
- ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- Front‑end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) and API integration.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (optional) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
