**Job Title:** Technical Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an industrial test‑equipment platform. Lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring reliability, safety, and logistical efficiency in a demanding technical environment.
**Expectations:**
- Ensure machine uptime and operational readiness.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance cycles.
- Coordinate product testing, data collection, and process improvements.
- Uphold HSE standards and secure execution of all operations.
- Organize logistics, spare‑parts inventory, and workflow schedules.
- Lead by example with strong field leadership and collaborative teamwork.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Operate and maintain equipment in a test‑bed setting.
2. Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical/electrical technicians.
3. Plan, execute, and document preventive, corrective, and reliability‑centered maintenance.
4. Support product trials, analyze performance data, and recommend enhancements.
5. Enforce HSE best practices and conduct safety briefings.
6. Coordinate logistics, including ordering, stocking, and tracking parts.
7. Act as liaison between engineering, production, and supply‑chain functions.
8. Prepare maintenance reports and operational metrics for senior management.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation knowledge.
- Proven industrial maintenance experience (marine, offshore, aeronautics, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership in field settings, with ability to manage diverse teams.
- Problem‑solving orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and report‑writing skills.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic data analysis.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Certifications in maintenance management, HSE, or relevant field qualifications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness for duty shifts (including weekend/holiday coverage).
