Expectations - 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, working in agile settings. - Proficiency in drafting functional and technical documentation. - Strong understanding of JIRA ticketing, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL). - Ability to quickly grasp technical topics, work autonomously, and maintain meticulous, methodical documentation. Key Responsibilities - Capture and model business processes, guide stakeholders in writing and validating requirements documents. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and facilitate collaboration with developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. - Propose and evaluate technical solutions that meet business objectives. - Work with IT and project teams to verify system efficiency, maintainability, and alignment with requirements. - Measure solution impact and produce post‑implementation reviews. - Draft technical specifications and configure selected functionalities. - Coordinate across functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
