Expectations - 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, working in agile settings. - Proficiency in drafting functional and technical documentation. - Strong understanding of JIRA ticketing, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL). - Ability to quickly grasp technical topics, work autonomously, and maintain meticulous, methodical documentation.
