Job Description: **Job title:** Solution Architect – Telecom **Role Summary:** Design and lead the modernization of telecom information systems (BSS/OSS) for strategic commercial transformation initiatives, driving migration to cloud platforms and ensuring alignment with business processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end architecture solutions for fixed, mobile, data, and digital services. - Act as the technical and functional authority on telecom domains. - Ensure secure, efficient, and compliant processes for billing, pricing, CRM, order management, and catalogs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and validate modern BSS/OSS system architectures and cloud migration strategies. - Provide technical and functional guidance to integration teams and project stakeholders. - Coordinate BSCS/BSS evolutions with the overall IT ecosystem. - Lead critical process governance and risk mitigation for billing, pricing, and customer lifecycle management. - Mentor and support cross‑functional teams throughout transformation projects. **Required Skills:** - 15+ years of telecom industry experience with deep BSS/OSS expertise. - Proven knowledge of BSCS/BSS architecture and processes. - Strong cloud architecture skills, including database and system integration. - Excellent leadership, autonomy, and communication abilities. - Proficient in French and English (both written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecom Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or telecom‑specific credentials) preferred.
