Job Description
Job Title: Electrical/Process Supervisor Role Summary Oversee all electrical and process activities on the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems, coordinate subcontractor work, and maintain up‑to‑date project schedules and documentation. Expectations • Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in electrical and process disciplines. • Proficient reading and interpretation of technical drawings. • Strong command of English for site communication and technical documentation. • Advanced competence with MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Planner and internet tools. • Excellent organizational, coordination and multi‑tasking abilities. • Rigorous focus on safety and quality, proactive incident prevention, and effective reporting to project leadership and partners. Key Responsibilities - Plan, organize, control and manage electrical and process activities on the site. - Supervise electrical assembly, instrumentation, cable routing, wiring, and enclosure installation. - Lead commissioning: calibration checks, I/O tests, sequence verification, control loop optimization, and performance trials. - Schedule and coordinate interventions by supervisors and subcontractors. - Collect, distribute, and track all contractual information related to site activities. - Update and monitor detailed construction schedules, reporting progress to project management. - Coordinate work with partners and client; participate in site meetings. - Ensure safety and health of all teams; educate employees and external contractors under your responsibility. - Prepare final project reports, including technical points for as-built documentation and future contract references. Required Skills - Electrical and process supervision on construction sites. - Technical drawing interpretation. - English (verbal and written). - Microsoft Office and project planning tools. - Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. - Safety and quality orientation. - Ability to manage concurrent activities and resolve issues proactively. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field preferred. - Relevant safety and electrical certification (e.g., CSEMA, OSHA, NECA, or local equivalents) is an advantage.
