Job Description
Job title: Sales Development Representative – Alternant Role Summary: Generate and qualify B2B SaaS pipeline for mid‑to‑enterprise accounts across MarTech product lines, collaborating with account executives and partners to secure qualified meetings and SQLs. Expectations: Deliver quota‑driven qualified meetings, SQLs, pipeline contribution; maintain high CRM data quality and process discipline; expand product knowledge and multistakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: • Execute outbound and inbound prospecting for defined region/segment using email, phone, LinkedIn, events. • Build target lists, map stakeholders, and run multi‑channel outreach sequences. • Qualify opportunities across DXP, PIM, CDP, CEP/automation, interactive data collection portfolios. • Conduct discovery calls to capture pain points, initiatives, and document insights in the CRM. • Collaborate with partners on co‑prospecting activities such as webinars, events, campaigns. • Track activities, ensure CRM hygiene, and adhere to sales processes. Required Skills: • 0–2 years SDR/BDR or prospecting experience (internships acceptable). • Strong communication skills in English; professional French; additional EU languages a plus. • Research, stakeholder mapping, and multi‑channel outreach proficiency. • Results‑oriented, coachable, structured, disciplined mindset. • Familiarity with MarTech concepts (DXP/CMS, PIM, CDP, marketing automation). • Experience with HubSpot, Cognism, Lemlist, or similar tools. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • HubSpot CRM certification or equivalent experience advantageous.
