Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Data Analytics Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and manage a high‑performing analytics team that drives data‑enabled decisions across user lifecycle and subscription growth. Own end‑to‑end analytical initiatives, partner with product, marketing, and finance, and establish robust experimentation, data quality, and insight‑communication practices. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable insights for user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale. - Design and own data‑driven strategies that influence product roadmap and business goals. - Cultivate a collaborative data culture, prioritizing self‑service analytics and transparent experimentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Head a cross‑functional analytics team and mentor analysts in best practices. - Own the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and other causal experiments across the platform. - Build scalable data pipelines, reusable data sets, and self‑service dashboards for stakeholders. - Partner with Product, Marketing, Business Ops, and Finance to support annual planning, KPI setting, and performance reporting. - Conduct deep‑dive analysis on key metrics, uncover trends, and translate findings into growth recommendations. - Establish and maintain data governance, quality standards, and documentation for analytics workflows. - Drive continuous improvement of analytics tooling, experimentation methods, and pipeline automation. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative domain with direct product experience. - 3+ years leading analytics teams. - Expert in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Omni). - Strong statistical background: experimentation design, hypothesis testing, and advanced analytics. - Hands‑on proficiency with R or Python for statistical modeling. - Knowledge of data pipeline concepts (ETL, scripting common workflows). - Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Certifications in data analytics, data science, or programming (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or equivalent) are a plus. ---
