Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, implement, and own partnership processes, KPIs, and routines. 2. Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with operations and driving tool adoption. 3. Manage on‑station campaigns, integrate loyalty and cross‑promotion programs, and maximize NPS. 4. Automate processes and identify under‑performing sites; propose and execute usage‑growth initiatives. 5. Expand the charging network by locating new sites and negotiating extension contracts. 6. **Job Title** Operations Management Internship **Role Summary** Internship in the Operations & Quality department supporting the Operations Director.
