Audio Visual (AV) Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of audiovisual (AV) and unified communication (UC) deployments for global conference rooms. Act as the subject‑matter expert on AV/UC integration with Cisco and Microsoft collaboration platforms, driving projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to organizational strategy.
**Expectations**
- Deliver conference room projects that meet quality, scope, and budget targets.
- Communicate status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable solutions and maintain continuous improvement of the AV estate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct site‑level AV audits to assess system state and readiness.
- Serve as SME for Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Call Manager, Microsoft Teams Admin, and ServiceNow integration.
- Plan, schedule, and manage global conference room deployments, including complex/divisible spaces.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using MS Office Suite and project tools.
- Maintain monthly financial oversight, including spend reporting and budget adherence.
- Liaise with architects, vendors, and internal teams to uphold design and execution standards.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new collaboration and conferencing technologies.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and support groups to improve conferencing experiences and resolve issues.
- Adjust scope, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
- Build and sustain cross‑functional relationships to support long‑term collaboration initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Call Manager, Microsoft Teams Administration, and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for AV/UC systems.
- Proven experience in managing MS Teams and Cisco interoperability projects.
- Project leadership with excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Analytical decision‑making and risk‑management capabilities.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and accountability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Relevant Cisco and Microsoft certification(s) in collaboration technologies highly desirable.
