Job Description
**Job Title:** Project Manager - MOA **Role Summary** Lead and strategy development for back-office systems (Rivage, Gan Prévoyance, Gan Patrimoine) and commissioning platforms (CGP, Cresus), ensuring alignment with functional and regulatory requirements. Interface with stakeholders, manage project lifecycle phases, and ensure delivery quality and compliance. **Expectations** - Pilot project governance, including preparation, execution, and post-production testing. - Develop and track performance indicators for regular reporting to service managers. - Analyze functional or regulatory changes, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams. - Coordinate back-log prioritization and testing strategies. - Oversee incident resolution, system delivery validation, and production rollouts. - Create training materials and support end-user adoption of new tools. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder alignment. 2. Execute end-to-end project phases, including stakeholder validation and regulatory compliance. 3. Manage incident triage and resolution processes. 4. Document procedures and provide user training for system transitions. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in IT project management, experience with Agile and V-model methodologies. - Stakeholder management, risk analysis, and technical collaboration capabilities. - Strong documentation, testing, and incident resolution expertise. - Cross-functional team coordination in complex environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent. - Proven project management experience; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
