**Job Title** Internal Sales Executive **Role Summary** Own and grow a portfolio of Tier 4 & Tier 5 customer accounts (annual spend < $100K). Drive revenue growth, secure new business, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities across multiple sites. Act as an integrated account manager collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Production, and Graphics to deliver results and exceptional customer experience. **Expectations** - Deliver at least 3 % above market growth for the segment. - Achieve year‑on‑year sales growth within assigned accounts. - Contribute to accurate forecasting (±10 % accuracy) and budgeting for Tier 4 & Tier 5 accounts. - Maintain and update Salesforce records with all sales activity and customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage inside sales activities for assigned house and passive accounts. - Build and sustain trusted relationships through consistent communication and service excellence. - Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers. - Conduct market research, qualify leads, and coordinate with the broader sales team on high‑potential prospects. - Execute the full business‑development cycle: outreach, sampling, proposal writing, value proposition development, and onboarding. - Serve as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to enhance digital content, promote case studies, and support webinars. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. - Contribute to annual budgets and monthly forecasts for Tier 4 & Tier 5 accounts. - Uphold compliance with company and client policies. - Track and report business‑development metrics; share best practices. - Lead assigned projects and support company‑wide initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven internal sales or customer‑service experience. - End‑to‑end management of new business opportunities. - Strong prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills. - Proactive self‑starter and effective team player. - Experience in printing or manufacturing environments. - Budget management and forecasting experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Full driver’s licence; willingness to travel to customer sites. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum high‑school qualification (equivalent). - No specific certifications required; knowledge of sales‑related certifications (e.g., CPD, CRM) considered an asset.
