Job Description
**Job Title:** Renewals Account Executive – Remote **Role Summary:** Drive recurring revenue growth by securing renewals and uncovering expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. Manage a portfolio of accounts in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment, ensuring high renewal rates and identifying upsell/migration potentials. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed annual renewal booking quota. - Actively pursue and close add‑on, upsell, and migration deals. - Maintain accurate forecasting and close data integrity. - Deliver exceptional customer experience and foster long‑term relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute renewal processes, negotiate terms, and close contracts. - Identify and propose add‑on/upsell opportunities related to renewal dates. - Discover migration prospects for perpetual customer accounts. - Build and interpret renewal metrics (TAR, ACV, add‑on bookings, lost opportunities). - Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Fulfillment, Support, and Renewal Operations to resolve order holds and ensure compliance with booking policies. - Lead auxiliary projects such as point‑of‑renewal add‑ons and end‑of‑life hardware conversions/upgrades. - Provide regular sales pipeline updates and participate in forecasting. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration. - Self‑motivation, proactive problem‑solving, and adaptability. - Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. - Analytical mindset with proven problem‑resolution skills. - Comfortable working outside normal hours during peak periods. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment. - Familiarity with SaaS business models and large CRM/ERP systems (preferred).
