**Job Title** Veeva Systems Analyst / Developer (Senior) **Role Summary** Senior-level, delivery-focused role responsible for end-to-end configuration, administration, and optimization of Veeva CRM and Veeva Align within a biopharma enterprise. Operates directly with business and IT leadership, driving process design, system enhancements, and roadmap development. Requires deep expertise in Veeva platforms, Salesforce customization, and Agile practices to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. **Expectations** - Own full configuration and administration lifecycle for Veeva CRM and Veeva Align (not merely support). - Provide strategic sandbox management, snapshot planning, and Veevatization. - Lead user story ownership, including definition, refinement, validation, and UAT sign‑off. - Deliver sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder presentations. - Resolve production issues across email, page layouts, VMOCs, Veeva triggers, and Flow Builder. - Continuously identify process gaps and automation opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Configure and administer Veeva CRM & Align: entity setup, workflows, territory/account rules, alignment logic, and sandbox strategy. 2. Translate business requirements into technical designs, producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed configurations. 3. Conduct UAT, validate releases, and sign off on changes. 4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, reviews, demos) and maintain alignment with stakeholders. 5. Resolve production incidents, troubleshoot configuration issues, and implement permanent fixes. 6. Maintain documentation, best‑practice guides, and knowledge transfer materials. 7. Evaluate and recommend process improvements, automation, and new feature adoption. **Required Skills** - Veeva CRM & Veeva Align: 3+ years hands‑on experience (essential). - Salesforce platform: Admin configuration, page layouts, Flow Builder; Apex development preferred. - Agile/Scrum methodology; experience as product owner or business analyst. - Tools: JIRA, Smartsheet, Lucidchart/Visio. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to present designs to senior stakeholders. - Familiarity with pharma commercial and medical operations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Valid Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Veeva CRM certification strongly preferred. ---
