Global Content Production Lead
Role Summary
Lead a global team of content producers to deliver year‑round, high‑quality content across Movember’s owned channels and partner platforms. Align content strategy with impact goals, manage workflows, budgets, external partners, and brand standards across all markets.
Expectations
* Consistently produce engaging, diverse content that supports the organization’s mission.
* Maintain workflow efficiency, resource optimisation, and brand consistency.
* Foster collaboration between regional producers, creative studio, communication teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage regional Content Producers (Asia‑Pacific, UK & EU, North America).
* Prioritise and triage content requests from channel, campaign and communications units.
* Own and execute a year‑long content calendar driven by cultural trends, insights and impact objectives.
* Oversee production of social media, YouTube, email, push, website and print collateral.
* Operate and maintain content delivery systems: Asana (workflows), ADAM (DAM), CMS, and partner rosters.
* Allocate and track budget, ensuring maximum ROI with limited resources.
* Monitor and report on content performance metrics; adjust strategy accordingly.
* Ensure brand standards and quality consistency across all markets.
Required Skills
* 7+ years of progressive experience in content, marketing, or social media production.
* Proven leadership of a remote or global team.
* Expertise in year‑long content planning and social media production.
* Strong written communication and editorial oversight.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and digital asset management platforms.
* Budget management and partnership negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of performance analytics, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
* Experience working with CMS, YouTube, email, and major social channels (FB, X, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Project Management, Digital Marketing) are a plus.
