Job Description
Job title: Ingénieur Développement Logiciel (H/F) Role Summary: Lead the design, automation, and validation of a high‑performance SDR radio system combining Xilinx FPGA, ARM embedded processors, and radio signal processing. Expactations: Demonstrate expertise in Python test automation, embedded systems, and FPGA integration; deliver systematic validation plans; work autonomously across hardware, software, and signal domains; report results and drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Define and structure comprehensive test strategies (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) in coordination with FPGA developers. - Build and maintain a Python‑based automated testing framework, including CI/CD integration. - Deploy, test, and monitor embedded firmware on ARM processors; capture and analyze metrics. - Validate FPGA‑software interactions and real‑time performance against specifications. - Collaborate with FPGA/hardware teams to identify critical test cases and timing constraints. - Resolve complex performance edge cases and provide diagnostic support on test benches. Required Skills: - Advanced Python programming for test automation. - Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, real‑time constraints, and FPGA operation. - Experience designing, implementing, and executing validation plans for complex systems. - Proficiency with Linux (embedded and host). - Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and hardware behaviour. - Clear written and verbal communication, structured reporting, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Software Development Engineering or equivalent.
