**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and oversee the organization’s security architecture to protect data, infrastructure, and applications from internal and external threats. Act as a transversal security reference, establishing and promoting best‑practice standards across all IT domains (network, systems, cloud, backup) and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or information‑system security.

- Demonstrated technical leadership and proactive proposal of security improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and maintain a global security architecture consistent with IT strategy and standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, EN 50600).
- Develop and enforce resilience and business‑continuity directives.
- Conduct technical and organizational risk assessments; design and implement mitigation measures.
- Perform security audits and compliance checks.
- Design secure on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures; enforce network segmentation and isolation of production assets.
- Supervise implementation of security policies: access control, encryption, network protection.
- Collaborate with network, system, project, and development teams to embed security from project inception.
- Provide guidance, training, and best‑practice documentation to stakeholders.
- Maintain continuous technology and regulatory watch; recommend updates to security standards, tools, and processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Network security: firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, segmentation, WAF.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Information & Event Management (SIEM).
- Cloud security for AWS, Azure, GCP; hybrid architecture design.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, virtualized environments, and backup/resilience solutions.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and system hardening techniques.
- In‑depth knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, EN 50600 frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CEH, or comparable).
