Job Title: EBS Solutions Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide Tier 2/3 functional and technical support for Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Supply Chain modules. Act as the primary point of contact for users, leading triage, analysis, resolution, and escalation of application issues while coordinating with Oracle Support and internal IT teams. Expactations: * Serve all Financials (GL, AP, AR, PO, etc.) and Supply Chain (OM, Inventory, FA, CM) modules. * Deliver first‑line support and user guidance across the enterprise. * Maintain high service‑level response and resolution metrics.
