Job Title: EBS Solutions Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide Tier 2/3 functional and technical support for Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Supply Chain modules. Act as the primary point of contact for users, leading triage, analysis, resolution, and escalation of application issues while coordinating with Oracle Support and internal IT teams. Expactations: * Serve all Financials (GL, AP, AR, PO, etc.) and Supply Chain (OM, Inventory, FA, CM) modules. * Deliver first‑line support and user guidance across the enterprise. * Maintain high service‑level response and resolution metrics. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to and resolve escalated Service Requests (SRs) via Oracle Support. * Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities. * Configure, maintain, and document application setups per change‑management procedures. * Monitor EBS performance; identify and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. * Assist with patching, upgrades, and regression testing of the Oracle EBS environment. * Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders on enhancements. * Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for new configurations and updates. * Provide ad‑hoc user training, documentation, and support materials. * Translate technical issues for non‑technical stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
