Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing & Communication Assistant (Internship) **Role Summary:** Support the marketing and communication team in executing digital and operational marketing strategies, including e‑commerce site management, content creation, SEO, email campaigns, social media, and brand communication. **Expectations:** - Minimum 6 months internship, with potential weekly planning and reporting. - Deliver quality creative and analytical outputs within deadlines. - Take initiative, work autonomously and collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce and upload product content on the e‑commerce platform (descriptions, media, featured listings). - Optimize site SEO (keywords, tags, content consistency) and monitor traffic, conversion and commercial impact. - Design, launch and analyze monthly email and newsletter campaigns. - Coordinate product photography shoots, maintain the media library, and create storytelling assets. - Contribute to Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy: write posts, design visuals/short videos, run paid campaigns, and report performance. - Draft internal communications for intranet and corporate displays to promote the brand. **Required Skills:** - Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts and tools. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency. - Excellent writing, editing and visual communication abilities. - Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and deriving actionable insights. - Creative, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and collaborative. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s (M1/M2) program in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline at a business school or IAE. - Practical marketing experience in a corporate setting preferred.
