**Job Title**
Senior Project Manager ENR (Pré-Construction)
**Role Summary**
Lead the structuring and pre‑construction of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, hybrid) from PPA acquisition to financial close and FID. Ensure technical, contractual, financial, and operational coordination to meet performance, quality, and profitability targets, and transition projects to execution teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and risk parameters.
- Secure PPAs, negotiate EPC/O&M contracts, and ensure compliance with FIDIC standards.
- Build robust financial models and support investment decisions.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, conduct governance meetings, and mentor junior staff.
- Provide strategic support to development and M&A activities, identify synergies, and maintain regulatory intelligence.
- Operate effectively across international and multicultural environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and monitor project milestones from structuring to FID.
- Lead PPA negotiations, contract drafting, due diligence, and insurance structuring.
- Develop and validate CAPEX/OPEX assumptions, financial models, and business plans.
- Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and risk performance; produce KPI dashboards.
- Conduct steering committees, weekly reviews, and presentations to decision bodies.
- Handover projects to construction teams at structuring completion.
- Mentor and train junior and regional project managers; facilitate lessons‑learned sessions.
- Support development/M&A teams with feasibility studies and investment recommendations.
- Identify cross‑project synergies and contribute to portfolio optimization.
- Monitor and communicate insurance package, contractual amendments, and action plans.
**Required Skills**
- Technical expertise: HV/LV electrical systems, civil works, grid interconnection.
- Project finance acumen and risk management.
- Mastery of EPC, O&M, FIDIC, and related contracts.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of HSE, quality, and compliance standards.
- Leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical rigor, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility, and resilience.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Fluency in French and English; additional language a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
- 10+ years of industrial project management experience, including 5+ years in renewable energy.
- Demonstrated experience with EPC, O&M, and FIDIC contracts.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
