**Job Title:**
DevOps Engineer – Azure (F/H)
**Role Summary:**
Lead automation, scaling, and reliability of Azure cloud infrastructures. Design, deploy, and maintain Azure architectures, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. Mentor client teams on DevOps best practices, FinOps, and Azure landing zones. Drive continuous improvement through tooling, process enhancements, and technology scouting.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience with strong Azure exposure.
- Proven track record on cloud projects and complex architectures.
- Fluency in French (native) and professional English.
- Autonomous, curious, rigorous, and proactive collaborator.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design & maintain scalable Azure cloud architectures, including landing zones and FinOps controls.
- Deploy, operate, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters on Azure.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) for application and infrastructure delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible, Helm).
- Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Coach and support client technical teams to industrialize projects with DevOps practices.
- Advise on Azure best practices, cost optimization, and security governance.
- Conduct technology research, evaluate new tools, and contribute to process refinement.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in IaC: Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, Helm.
- CI/CD orchestration mastery: GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes administration (clusters, network, storage).
- Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with FinOps principles and cost‑management practices.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Azure certifications preferred: AZ‑400 (DevOps Engineer), AZ‑104 (Administrator), AZ‑305 (Solutions Architect).
