**Job Title:** Senior Brand Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the strategic management and execution of the Benelux portfolio, translating global brand vision into local market impact. Drive omnichannel activation, budget optimization, and performance measurement to elevate brand equity, market share, and profitability in a fast‑moving premium beverage segment. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable growth in brand awareness, ROI, and market share. - Align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and operational capabilities across on‑trade, off‑trade, e‑commerce, and key accounts. - Foster a culture of data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute brand strategies grounded in consumer insights and market analytics. - Define positioning, communication plans, and activation levers (trade & consumer). - Plan and control marketing budgets for maximum ROI. - Ensure consistent brand expression with global guidelines while adapting to local dynamics. - Deploy campaigns across all distribution channels; create sales‑enable materials and digital content. - Define and implement the digital strategy aligned with brand goals and local market trends. - Track, analyse, and report on key KPIs (awareness, engagement, ROI, market share). - Provide strategic recommendations to local leadership and global stakeholders. - Mentor and develop the marketing assistant, driving autonomy and skill growth. - Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. **Required Skills:** - Strategic thinking with portfolio‑level insight. - Analytical mindset, KPI focus, and data‑driven decision making. - Strong stakeholder management (local and international). - Campaign development and omnichannel activation expertise. - Leadership & team development; ability to inspire change in a dynamic environment. - Agility, creativity, and ownership mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management or equivalent experience. - Fluency in French, Dutch, and English. - Minimum 5 years in FMCG/Trade Marketing, with proven brand strategy and portfolio management success. - Experience in the wine or premium beverage sector is mandatory.
