Job Title: Experienced Business/Functional Analyst Role Summary: Lead end-to-end analysis and change initiatives to optimize processes, systems, and organizational performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business goals into actionable outcomes through process modeling, data-driven insights, and stakeholder alignment. Expectations: 2–6 years of experience in business/functional analysis roles. Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or Information Systems. Proven skills in process improvement, requirement gathering, and change management.
