Key Responsibilities: - Receive, verify, identify, sort, and quality‑check incoming spare parts shipments. - Store, label, and organize parts in warehouse, maintaining order and accessibility. - Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and corrective actions per established procedures. - Prepare maintenance orders (kitting) by assembling required parts. - Process returns, re‑entries, and other inventory adjustments, tracking status internally. - Photograph parts and enter data into the master file following established standards. - Update and maintain various internal records, lists, and registries. - Carry out administrative tasks assigned by the department. - Undertake other related duties as required.
