**Job Title**: Claims Operations Manager **Role Summary** Lead claims operations to drive efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across the UK, ensuring operational alignment with organizational goals. **Expectations** Oversee team performance, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to enhance claims outcomes and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and develop a central claims operations team to improve performance and governance. - Manage claims workflow, SLA adherence, and resource planning. - Monitor and report on operational metrics (weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs). - Administer delegated authority processes to maintain compliance and quality standards. - Implement process improvements and audit programs to elevate customer experience. - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in insurance claims operations, with proven team leadership experience. - Expertise in MI/data reporting, operational analytics, and metrics-driven performance. - Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in driving process improvement and operational change programs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. - Insurance industry-specific certification (e.g., AAI, CPCU) preferred but not required.
