Job Description
**Job Title** Business Development Representative (BDR) **Role Summary** Generate, qualify, and schedule B2B appointments for a BPO and CX solutions provider. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify high‑potential prospects, run targeted multichannel outreach campaigns, analyze prospect needs, and convert leads into qualified meetings for Sales Executives. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment‑generation targets. - Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in HubSpot. - Collaborate with Marketing to refine outreach scripts and campaign messaging. - Provide regular KPI reports and insights to improve prospecting effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct market research to identify companies with high CX and BPO needs. - Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, Kaspr, and other digital prospecting tools to run ultra‑targeted campaigns. - Initiate contact via email, phone, and LinkedIn, tailoring messages to prospect pain points. - Assess prospect maturity, challenges, and needs to determine qualification. - Convert qualified leads into scheduled, high‑value meetings for Sales Executives. - Measure, optimize, and maintain conversion rates across outreach channels. - Partner with Marketing to co‑create impactful, data‑driven campaigns. - Contribute to continuous improvement of scripts, sequences, processes, and tools. **Required Skills** *Hard Skills* - Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce). - Experience using digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Outreach, Kaspr). - Strong understanding of CX, BPO, and customer‑relationship outsourcing concepts. *Soft Skills* - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Active listening and constructive questioning. - Analytical mindset with a results‑oriented focus. - Collaborative team player with a growth mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of B2B prospecting, business development, or sales experience, preferably in tech or customer‑service environments. - French native speaker; professional proficiency in English (additional languages a plus). ---
