Job Description
Job title: Systems Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide day‑to‑day support for cloud, SaaS, ERP, WMS and labelling systems, ensuring user access, configuration, data integrity and incident resolution. Deliver project support for system implementations, upgrades, integrations and reporting enhancements, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data flows. Expectations: * Handle service desk tickets for SAP Business ByDesign, SNAP WMS, Mandata TMS, Markem labelling and Microsoft 365 suite. * Maintain user accounts, onboarding/off‑boarding, asset management and hardware (scanners, label printers). * Collaborate with third‑party IT partners and vendors. * Participate in system improvement projects, testing and configuration changes. * Produce and update documentation, knowledge base and training materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve incidents and user requests for ERP, WMS, labelling and Microsoft cloud tools. 2. Configure and administer user access, permissions and security settings. 3. Manage hardware provisioning, scanner setup and label printer maintenance. 4. Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot and implement solutions. 5. Identify improvement opportunities, propose changes to processes and data flows. 6. Support system upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements and new site or line implementations. 7. Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks and knowledge‑base entries. Required Skills: * 3+ years of IT and systems support experience, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing. * Hands‑on knowledge of ERP (SAP ByDesign) and Warehouse Management Systems. * Familiarity with labelling, transport or shop‑floor technologies. * Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook). * Proactive problem‑solving ability with a keen eye for detail. * Clear, concise communication across all business levels. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related field. * Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator. - Optional: SAP ByDesign certification, WMS or labelling system certification.
