Job Description

Job Title: Senior Talent Partner Role Summary: Partner with a tech client to source, evaluate, and place high‑quality candidates while ensuring a superior candidate experience and supporting TA objectives. Expactations: Deliver consistent sourcing output, maintain talent pools, collaborate with senior recruiters, and uphold the client’s employer brand. Key Responsibilities: • Deeply understand the client’s culture and hiring needs. • Source top technical talent using Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner with recruiters to refine job descriptions and interview processes. • Provide clear, timely communication to candidates and stakeholders. • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and regular reporting. • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Required Skills: • 4 + years in fast‑paced recruitment, including agency or in‑house experience. • Advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency. • Strong knowledge of technical roles, engineering stacks, and product‑oriented environments. • Excellent attention to detail and prioritization. • Outstanding written and verbal communication. • Ability to deliver a consistent brand experience. • Experience in tech, startup, or scale‑up settings is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (not explicitly required).
