The role supports both B2B and B2C channels, focusing on mortgage brokers and conveyancing partners. **Expectations** - Attain set quarterly and monthly targets for lead qualification and funnel progression. - Consistently generate qualified opportunities from campaigns and outbound activities. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and industry trends. **Key Responsibilities** - Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify prospects for conveyancing and mortgage services. - Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients. - Conduct needs‑analysis conversations, using consultative techniques to uncover client requirements. - Move prospects through the opportunity funnel, logging activities and metrics in the CRM. - Arrange discovery calls or meetings between prospects and senior sales or account managers. - Collaborate with the SDR Team Leader to refine outreach strategies and messaging. - Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge. - Support inbound sales calls and partner channels (e.g., B2C, survey partners). **Required Skills** - Proven experience in SDR, Sales Account Executive, or similar role. - Strong cold‑calling and prospecting abilities. - Demonstrated success in meeting/ exceeding sales quotas. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Resilience and result‑orientation. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred. - Understanding of the property conveyancing and mortgage brokerage industry is desirable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. - Professional sales or communication certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job title** Salesforce Administrator (8‑month FTC) **Role Summary** Support and enhance a Salesforce Lightning platform for a property‑technology company.
