Salesforce Administrator (8‑month FTC)
**Role Summary**
Support and enhance a Salesforce Lightning platform for a property‑technology company. Provide end‑to‑end administration, configuration, and troubleshooting across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring efficient data, security, and process delivery while enabling continuous improvement and new feature adoption.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, maintainable declarative solutions that fit business needs.
- Act as a technical liaison between users, developers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain platform health, security, and compliance.
- Participate in agile release cycles, UAT, and post‑deployment monitoring.
- Mentor users on best practices and promote data quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design & configure Lightning objects, page layouts, app builder pages, dynamic forms, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, groups, queues, SSO/MFA, and access controls.
- Triage support cases, troubleshoot bugs, and communicate status to end users.
- Define validation, duplicate, and matching rules; govern picklists; perform bulk data loads (Data Loader, Workbench).
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and row‑level formulas; track adoption and data‑quality KPIs.
- Prepare change sets/Copado items, manage sandboxes, coordinate UAT, and perform pre/post‑release checks.
- Configure integrations: Named Credentials, External Services, simple API connections; support testing and monitoring.
- Monitor platform limits, login history, Flow errors, and use Health Check; remediate risks.
- Advise on best‑practice Salesforce usage, aligning solutions with limits and Flows‑first patterns.
- Keep up to date with new Salesforce releases and AI capabilities, proposing relevant enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience in Lightning (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of data model, sharing, validation, and reporting.
- Proficiency with declarative tools: Flows, Lightning App Builder, Page Layouts, Record‑triggered Flows, Screen Flows.
- Data loader and Workbench proficiency; safe bulk change execution.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Basic Git literacy; understanding of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or DevOps Center).
- Familiar with agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Good communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201).
- Optional: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst certification.
