**Job Title** Project Employee, Business Operations **Role Summary** Coordinate daily operations for NBA Highlight Factory and NBA TV, ensuring efficient production of linear and digital media highlights. Manage scheduling, content tracking, and staff coordination for live studio production teams. **Expectations** - Work primarily nightly hours, with occasional weekends. - Maintain real‑time communication with Broadcasting, Digital Content, and content producers. - Resolve production issues and escalation to on‑site leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop & maintain weekly production schedules for all staff delivering highlights. - Track content deliverables and ensure timely completion. - Serve as primary point of contact for production issues; liaise with stakeholders and vendors. - Coordinate staff onboarding with Business Operations leads, touching HR, IT, Legal, and Security. - Set up and manage nightly production meetings, ensuring proper attendance and agenda. **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s degree. - 1‑2 years in live studio production or fast‑paced media environment; NBA basketball knowledge a plus. - Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organization, prioritization, and time‑management under deadline pressure. - Ability to work flexible nights and weekends. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Media, Communications, etc.). ---
