**Role Summary**
Lead the digital marketing strategy across all online touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration of website performance, SEO, marketing automation, and analytics to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Manage a global team, collaborate with demand‑generation, product marketing, RevOps, and sales, and maintain a robust technology stack while mentoring high‑potential talent.

- Deliver measurable increases in organic traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates, directly impacting revenue.
- Build and own end‑to‑end reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI systems that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strategic thought leadership in adopting new technologies, tools, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of digital marketing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee website development, UX, and content strategy to optimize lead capture and conversion.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve comprehensive SEO initiatives (on‑page, technical, and LLM‑centric).
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, 6sense) and associated CRM integrations.
- Build and maintain analytics infrastructure; develop dashboards, KPI tracking, and ROI attribution models.
- Conduct A/B testing across web pages, emails, and workflows; iterate on data‑driven improvements.
- Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, content, RevOps, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines for external partners and agencies.
- Evaluate, recommend, and govern the marketing technology stack (WordPress, GitHub, Jira, Salesforce, etc.).
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing, multicultural marketing team; foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and evolving best practices; translate insights into actionable proposals.
**Required Skills**
- 12+ years in digital marketing with 8+ years in senior leadership within high‑growth B2B SaaS environments (>$100 M revenue).
- Expertise in website management, SEO (technical & content), marketing automation, data analytics, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with tools: Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, WordPress, GitHub, Jira, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
- Deep analytical aptitude; ability to interpret complex datasets, build dashboards, and derive insights.
- Strong project management, multi‑initiative coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and increasing conversion rates.
- Experience overseeing Agile/Scrum development teams, managing sprints, technical architecture, and QA processes.
- Familiarity with LLM application in SEO and advanced CRO practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
