Job Description
Job Title: Sales Advisor (M/F) Role Summary: Deliver personalized retail experience for a lifestyle multi‑brand shop, driving sales and brand value through expert product knowledge and customer engagement. Expectations: - Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. - Uphold brand image, values, and service standards across all customer interactions. - Contribute proactive ideas to enhance in‑store experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, assess needs, and provide tailored styling and product advice. - Promote and cross‑sell products using a compelling, product‑focused sales pitch. - Execute and communicate active promotions and special offers. - Maintain visual merchandising of all merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines. - Process sales transactions accurately and securely using the POS system. - Manage cash handling, returns, and exchanges following store procedures. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. - Identify and suggest store improvements (layout, signage, service processes). - Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve collective objectives. Required Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong customer‑first mindset and active listening. - Ability to demonstrate product features and benefits persuasively. - Basic math, cash handling, and POS competencies. - Team player, adaptable to changing store priorities. - Proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement orientation. - Basic knowledge of fashion retail trends (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior retail or sales experience preferred; formal certification in retail sales is not mandatory.
