Job Title Lead Data Scientist – Marketing Science Role Summary Lead the design, development and deployment of data‑driven solutions that measure marketing impact. Manage end‑to‑end projects, mentor team members, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and execution. Expactations - Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience for at least 2 years in applied data science or analytics. - Strong ability to collaborate with marketing teams and external agencies, conveying complex findings in a business‑friendly manner. - Commitment to model governance, documentation and data quality standards across the function. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) using tools such as Meridian, Robyn and/or PyMc. - Develop predictive models for customer lifetime value, churn, and channel optimization. - Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B, Geolift) and apply causal inference techniques. - Create dashboards and data products in PowerBI/Looker to enable real‑time, self‑serve analytics for marketing stakeholders. - Lead model governance, documentation, and data quality initiatives. - Mentor junior and senior data scientists, provide technical guidance and best‑practice sharing. Required Skills - Advanced marketing analytics expertise including MMM, multi‑touch attribution, and lifecycle modelling. - Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and PySpark. - Experience with experimental design, causal inference, and Geolift testing. - Solid foundation in machine learning, statistics, and econometric modelling. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Preferable experience in e‑commerce, technology or marketing domains. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a closely related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., in machine learning, data science, or statistical modelling) are a plus but not mandatory.

Job Description
Job Title: Workflow Information Analyst Role Summary: Responsible for daily planning and forecasting of stock volumes, release of work to forward picking locations, monitoring operational planners, and producing daily/weekly reports to support service level targets and KPI achievement within a high‑volume distribution environment. Expectations: * Deliver accurate and timely plans for high‑bay stock movement. * Maintain clear communication with operational and senior management teams. * Provide data‑driven insights to improve efficiency and meet service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: * Forecast daily volumes and translate them into required resources. * Release work to forward picking locations in line with daily planners. * Prepare and manage daily operational planners, ensuring critical stock release. * Monitor planning accuracy and adjust as necessary. * Generate daily and weekly reports using web and mainframe screens, meeting agreed deadlines. * Analyse data, identify trends, and highlight key findings to the Workflow Assistant Site Manager. * Support senior management in maintaining KPI compliance and driving operational efficiencies. Required Skills: * Strong teamwork and communication skills across all levels. * Self‑motivated, organized, with the ability to prioritize under pressure. * Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities. * High attention to detail. * Proficient in Excel (IFs, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word. * Experience working with Mainframe or SCADA systems is advantageous.
