Job Description

**Job Title:** Vice President - Technology (ServiceNow Platform Owner) **Role Summary:** Lead ServiceNow platform strategy and development as the primary technical expert. Own platform growth, manage integrations, and serve as liaison between technology and business stakeholders. **Expectations:** Own platform strategy; enhance modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.); advise developers; collaborate on requirements; implement integrations; oversee development; manage day-to-day operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute ServiceNow platform strategy for ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications. - Optimize platform modules, integrations, and workflows for automation and efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Design and deploy advanced catalog requests, custom applications, and third-party integrations (via API, Integration Hub). - Troubleshoot performance issues, ensure security, and implement enhancements. - Oversee development projects (SOW, minor/major updates) and test platform changes. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years technology experience; 7+ years ServiceNow (2+ as architect/developer). - Strong problem-solving, project planning, and communication skills. - Experience presenting technical solutions to senior management. - Proficiency in technical collaboration and process improvement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD). - ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
