Job Description: Job Title: Product Designer (Multiple Levels) Role Summary: Responsible for end‑to‑end product design on a consumer‑facing fintech platform. Design the user experience, visual interface, and prototypes for mobile (iOS/Android) and web, contributing to or leading initiatives across the design cycle. Drive and maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams, and advocate for user‑centered practices in a fast‑moving environment. Expectations: - Work from research and ideation to polished, production‑ready deliverables. - Maintain consistency, speed, and accessibility across design system. - Define clear, intuitive user flows and features in partnership with cross‑functional teams. - Lead high‑impact initiatives, set design vision, and mentor peers for senior roles. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, low‑ and high‑fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. - Shape, evolve, and enforce design system standards for mobile and web. - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into usable solutions. - Champion UX best practices through critiques, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. - For senior designers: guide design strategy, mentor junior designers, and drive organizational design culture. Required Skills: - Strong product‑design experience, preferably in consumer‑facing digital products. - Deep knowledge of UX fundamentals and human‑centered design principles. - Proficiency in Figma (and related design/liber tools) with responsive design and prototyping capability. - Ability to translate research insights into elegant, functional solutions. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and ownership in ambiguous, cross‑functional settings. - For senior roles: experience scaling design systems, leading design initiatives, and mentoring team members. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
