**Job Title**
Senior Fullstack Developer (Full‑time)
**Role Summary**
Lead design, development, and delivery of new features on Fleet’s existing platform. Own end‑to‑end solutions, mentor junior developers, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality, client‑centric code that scales globally.
**Expectations**
- Mastery of JavaScript (React + Express) and TypeScript.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Pragmatic decision‑making on technology, tooling, and architecture.
- Self‑directed delivery of projects with clear timelines and QA.
- Mentorship and knowledge sharing with less‑experienced team members.
- Active participation in scaling the platform for international markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Build and launch the IT security suite (MDM, antivirus, VPN, password manager).
2. Enhance the platform to support large device fleets (500–1,000+ devices).
3. Develop internal operational tools (supply chain, operations, KYB, contracts, billing).
4. Improve sales & marketing tooling (tracking, retargeting, mailings, automations, reporting).
5. Expose the API to external partners and maintain documentation.
6. Drive technical process improvements: unit/integration testing, CI/CD, error monitoring (Sentry), performance monitoring.
7. Maintain code quality via GitHub, GitHub Actions, and rigorous code reviews.
**Required Skills**
- **Front‑end**: React, Next.js, TypeScript, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Zod, MUI.
- **Back‑end**: Express, Node.js, TypeScript.
- **Database**: PostgreSQL.
- **Other**: Redis, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration testing frameworks, Sentry, REST/GraphQL API design.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment, handling complex, autonomous projects.
