**Job Title:** Security Manager **Role Summary** Manage 24/7 manned security operations to ensure safety of people, property, and assets. Oversee security teams, policies, and emergency protocols. Collaborate with on-site FM teams and client stakeholders to align security strategy with operational needs. Maintain operational readiness of security systems and foster a culture of vigilance. **Expectations** Lead security teams effectively; ensure compliance with regulations; deliver first-class service through data-driven insights; maintain operational systems (CCTV, access control, alarms); conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage security teams, maintaining performance standards and professionalism. - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. - Oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for operational readiness. - Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. - Provide security expertise in client meetings with FM teams to support service delivery. - Train staff on security awareness, crisis response, and compliance protocols. - Coordinate with logistics/vehicle management as required. **Required Skills** - Proven security management experience. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of security systems, incident reporting, and compliance regulations. - Public-facing customer service skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisive judgments. - Proficiency in training and relationship-building with stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Valid SIA licence. - Valid driving licence.
