Expectations: Deliver revenue targets, build a high‑performance sales team, expand market presence, and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies covering direct sales, third‑party partners, and key account management. - Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve performance metrics and foster a results‑driven culture. - Identify market trends, assess competition, and uncover new revenue opportunities through data analysis. - Partner with marketing to create promotional campaigns, collateral, and brand visibility initiatives. - Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for executive decision‑making. - Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. - Negotiate contracts and service agreements aligned with financial objectives. - Coordinate with reservations, front desk, and operations to deliver seamless guest experiences and encourage repeat business.
